Impact Stories

Names and details may be adjusted to protect privacy — the pride is real.

“I finally felt seen.”

After three months of silence, my coach helped me rewrite my story. Two interviews in a week — and an offer the next.

From stuck to steady

“I didn’t need a lecture. I needed a plan. They gave me both the plan and the courage to try again.”

Leadership You Can Trust

TalentOne was founded by Melissa Kashouh with a simple belief: people aren’t problems to be fixed — they’re neighbors to be supported. That mindset shapes every program we build and every coaching session we host.

Community Partners

We’re onboarding our first partner cohort now — local employers, schools, and community organizations aligned to dignity-first hiring and training.

How We Measure Impact

We track coaching sessions, interviews, offers, and retention at 30/60/90 days. Metrics are updated monthly, verified by coach notes and client confirmations. When needed, we anonymize or aggregate data to protect privacy.

Definitions: “Interview scheduled” = confirmed employer meeting. “Offer accepted” = signed or documented acceptance. “Same-month landings” = offers accepted within 30 days of intake.
