But rapidly diagnosing and effectively treating patients with arrhythmia can be challenging.Some arrhythmias occur too infrequently to be detected through 24-48 hours of Holter monitoring. Event recorders pose problems with asymptomatic patients and those who have difficulty triggering monitoring equipment.
